Staybridge Suites Baltimore Bwi Airport, an IHG Hotel

The hotel is being renovated so there is renovation material, which is to be expected and not a problem. We were here for four days and got a suite with two bedrooms and a living space. It was a nice room but the couch was uncomfortable and worn out, but it was nothing unusable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is a little out of the way, but we had a good stay and the hot breakfast was very welcoming.

First off, I reserve 5 stars for places that exceed all of my expectations. 4 stars is a good review from me. I was very pleased with our room. It appeared freshly painted. All the furniture was in good repair. I noticed the towels were of particularly good quality. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. We didn't use the suite amenities, but they seemed well designed for a longer stay.

The hotel was in the middle of renovations when she stayed there it did not disrupt our stay. We were upgraded at check in and got a wonderful corner suite. Two separate bedrooms with their own bathroom as well as a mini kitchenette in the common space. Laundry room available if needed. We took the hotel shuttle to and from both the airport and train station. Breakfast served each morning and there was a social hour a few nights a week and beer/wine and snacks.

I've stayed here before. There are good bits and bad bits about this property. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Free laundry, free breakfast, and supper Monday through Wednesday. Parking is a bit odd here, especially I'd you have a big vehicle. I had one room that was clearly stayed in by a dog. Chairs were chewed up and the place smelled of pee. They promptly switched our rooms though. Loads of workers here who have been staying here over a year, some families living here. It's great budget accommodations.

Tara was wonderful at the front desk! She called to check on the reservation to make sure everything was going smoothly for my reservation. The room was clean and really spacious. Can't beat what you get for the price, all the staff are so nice. Plus they have a breakfast included! If you are staying in Baltimore for anything it's a hop skip and jump away!

Even though they were doing construction during my stay, and they started pretty early in the morning, it wasn't bad. Mr David that hosted the Happy Hour on Tuesday and Wednesday made our stay there a pleasure he was so nice and always asking if we had enough to eat and did we want more. He always greeted us when we came in and he made sure my daughters had a tropical fruit cup to go. I want to personally thank David for making us feel so special and for his caring and kind words.

It was my first time staying at this location. I was really surprised by the size of the room. It was clean, no hair in the sink, tub or around the toilet from the last person. Decent location and not to far from downtown. Chick-fil-A and over food places were down the street. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. I have nothing negative to say whatsoever.

During my stay they renovate the place. No complains. Laundry room free of charge. Good bed and room. Spend 2 different hotels in Baltimore, this is for me the best. Quit good and friendly reception.
